Cuci200 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Guidelines

To register and use the cuci200 platform, you must fully meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 18 years and above at the time of registration. cuci200 takes the protection of minors seriously — any attempt to register using falsified age information will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

Cuci200 reserves the right to request verification documents at any time to confirm Member eligibility. Failure to provide the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary suspension or account closure.

Registering an account on cuci200 is free and can be completed in under two minutes. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful and up-to-date information. The required details include:

• Full name as it appears on your official Malaysian identification document (MyKad or passport)
• An active Malaysian mobile number for OTP verification
• A strong, unique password for your cuci200 account

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on cuci200. Holding multiple accounts under the same individual — whether using different names, phone numbers, IP addresses, or payment methods — is a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions. cuci200 employs advanced detection technology to identify duplicate accounts.

Cuci200 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) only, via the following local Malaysian digital payment methods listed below:

Cuci200 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, third-party payment service providers may impose additional charges in accordance with their own policies — this is beyond cuci200's control.

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the Member's own name. cuci200 reserves the right to reject deposits and freeze accounts that use third-party payment methods without authorisation. This is a protective measure for the financial security of all cuci200 members.

Withdrawal of winnings at cuci200 is subject to the following conditions to ensure the integrity and security of all financial transactions:

• A Member's account must have completed full identity verification (KYC) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to another method that has been registered and verified under the Member's name.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 20 per transaction.
• Any bonus balance that has not yet met its rollover requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fully satisfied.
• Withdrawals to e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay) are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes.
• Withdrawals via DuitNow or FPX to a Malaysian bank account are typically processed within 15 minutes to 3 hours, depending on the bank's operating hours.
• Withdrawals requiring further review may take up to 24 business hours.

Cuci200 reserves the right to request additional documents to verify a Member's identity before processing withdrawals that exceed RM 5,000. This is a standard compliance procedure designed to protect Members' financial security and ensure the legitimacy of all transactions.

Cuci200 offers Members a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, weekly rebates, cashback, and special challenges. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion, as well as the following general guidelines:

• Each bonus comes with its own terms rollover (wagering requirements) that must be met before winnings can be withdrawn. Rollover conditions will be clearly stated in each promotional offer.
• Bonuses are only available to Members who have fully verified their accounts.

Cuci200 expects all Members to conduct themselves in a responsible, respectful, and honest manner while using the platform. The following behaviour is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and legal action:

• Money laundering: Using the cuci200 platform for money laundering or any other illicit financial activities.
• System manipulation: Attempting to exploit technical bugs, game vulnerabilities, or cuci200's bonus system to gain an unfair advantage.

In all circumstances, cuci200's maximum total liability to any Member shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days prior to the claim arising.

Cuci200 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. However, we are committed to notifying all active Members of any material changes in the following ways:
